Make it a reality. Start saving now. Look into how much it cost for everything that you want to do. Look up discounts, and deals so that you get the most out of your money and before you know it, the time will come when you have enough saved.
I have always wanted to travel the world and teach and share the Good news of the lord. Africa has always been a place that I have planned to go but it was not really a reality to me until the end of last year. I remember pointing to the map and saying out loud, “Im going to Africa”. With surety and confidence I just knew that I would go some day. I had no idea that later the same night that an evangelist would speak evangelism and Africa over my life and a couple of months later I would be asked to join a team that would minister in Africa. God is great!!! I remember preparing for Arica. I had mission’s fees to pay along with bills. I did not think twice about saying yes to go because God had already prepared me with confirmations and prophesy before I was even asked. I thought I was opening another bank account to just save extra money for the future and had money coming out of my paycheck and really didn’t think anything of it, BUT GOD. I had the right amount of money saved in that extra account to pay all fees, shots, and supplies for Africa when it was time to submit payments. I say all this to say that when we say yes, and have confidence that god is our source, then he WILL supply for all of our needs.
“And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others.” 2 Corinthians 9:8 NLT
I was left with a couple hundred dollars to take with me for my trip. Trust in the lord. It may seem like traveling is too expensive but when you are obedient to Gods guidance, then all things are possible.
I encourage you to make a plan and set aside a certain amount of funds each month to invest into your next adventure.
In what ways can you save?
